• Booking and payment information (card details are processed by the Stripe payment service and are not stored on our platform)
• Chat messages between guests and hosts (including their automatic translations into the platform languages)
• Platform usage data and technical data (IP address, browser type)

How we use your data

• Operating the platform and processing bookings
• Automatic translation of messages for convenient communication
• Sending notifications about booking status
• Improving service quality and platform security
• Availability calendar sync with external services via iCal link — only dates are shared, no guest personal data

Data protection

• All passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt)
• Connection is protected by HTTPS protocol
• Access to personal data is restricted and controlled
• We share data only with services required to operate the platform (payment processing, email and notification delivery, automatic message translation) and never sell it to third parties

Your rights

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Correct or update your profile data
• Delete your account and all related data
• Opt out of marketing communications

Cookies

We use cookies for language preferences and sessions. Following a partner link stores a protected cookie for 30 days to identify the partner who referred a guest or owner. It contains a random identifier, not contact or payment details. Owner-referral rewards are tracked separately in the account for two years from the first property publication.
