Platform usage rules

By using the RepDom Travel platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

General provisions

RepDom Travel is a short-term rental platform in the Dominican Republic
The platform acts as an intermediary between hosts and guests
An account is required to use the platform
Users are responsible for the accuracy of provided information

Host responsibilities

Publish accurate descriptions and up-to-date property photos
Maintain an up-to-date availability and pricing calendar
Respond to booking requests within 48 hours
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the property

Guest responsibilities

Follow the house rules set by the host
Take care of the host's property
Report any damages immediately
Do not exceed the specified number of guests

Payments

Bookings can be paid by bank card (via Stripe), PayPal, or bank transfer using the issued invoice
Prices are listed in US dollars
The full booking price is shown before confirmation — no hidden fees
Payment is made after the host confirms the booking; refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy

Liability

RepDom Travel is not liable for the quality of accommodations provided by hosts
Disputes between hosts and guests are resolved primarily through negotiation
The platform may mediate in disputed situations

Termination

You can delete your account at any time
RepDom Travel may unpublish a listing or block an account for rule violations — the owner receives a notification with the reason
Active bookings upon account deletion will be handled according to the cancellation policy
